All customized jewelry is made to order through a specialized third‑party manufacturer using custom molds, name plates, engraving, sizing, and other personalized elements. Because these items are created specifically for you:

Request changes

After 24 hours, production begins. Once production starts, no changes can be made — including spelling, sizing, color, design, or personalization updates.

Subscription boxes that include customization follow a strict timeline:
You may make changes up to 24 hours before your scheduled ship date.

Product swaps
Theme changes
Upgrading your box
Adding additional items
Once your box enters the packing stage and a shipping label is created with tracking information attached, no further changes can be made.

Regarding Chargebacks and customized items that offer no return or exchange policy:
We dispute and will win all chargebacks involving customized items, subscription boxes and curated gifts, keep in mind that all banks are very aware of the policies and laws involving these terms and conditions as well as the no return or exchange law per the FDA when it comes to cosmetics, chargebacks are not allowed to be used as your own personal refund policy when you have customer remorse or decide later the item is not for you after use. Unfortunately, we sell only high-end authentic, brand new irreplaceable products and can’t afford nor are we allowed to, agree to exchanges or returns on such items for any customer, we will be fined heavily and shut down by the FDA due to safety, sanitary and health reasons and I’m sure like you, other customers would not want to repurchase used or exchanged products and for this reason among other reasons, such as the laws in place for both of our protection, we cannot and will not allow Returns or Exchanges of any kind for any reason, even if you claim the package was lost or damaged in transit - if that should occur, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company which we can guide you through that process until you receive compensation on what was missing, purchased or damaged.
